Nichola Joss facial oil kincare tips

Nichola Joss, Celebrity Facialist shares her secrets for skin hydration using a facial oil:

Skin hydration is an essential step for women of any age to keep on looking young and healthy during a lifetime and it comes without saying that our face has a great impact on our general look.

That’s why I use the Therapist’s Secret Facial Oil on every one of my clients because it works on every skin tone, type and texture. Massage your skin with this wonder product daily, every evening before bed, and you’ll see the results straight away. Skin will be healthy, plump and super dewy.

If you want a different way to introduce the oil into your regime then try my tips below – tailored to your skin type.

If you have normal/combination skin:

• If you’re unsure about using an oil, gently ease yourself into using Therapist’s Secret Facial Oil by adding a couple of drops to your day cream and night cream to give your skin an extra surge of hydration. This works greatly during summertime when we all need a bit of extra help in our daily skincare.

• Get more tips and watch Nichola giving advice to Saskia about how a facial oil can improve her combination skin:

For oily skin types:

• People with oily skin tend to feel most nervous about using a facial oil but, on the contrary, most acne treatments strip oil from your skin, causing you to produce more. Apply a facial oil at night to allow time for skin to rebalance and rejuvenate while you sleep.
• See the advice Nichola has for Ese’s oily skin:

If your skin is dry:

• After cleansing use the oil to immediately awaken and brighten skin for a fresh and dewy complexion – make-up can be applied straight on top. This is especially good for dry skin as it will keep your complexion hydrated all day.
• If your skin is feeling particularly dehydrated and parched add a few drops of Therapist’s Secret Facial Oil to a nourishing face mask for a super-charged hydration boost.
• Natasha has dry skin, see Nichola’s tips for her:

Another benefit of using a facial oil is that it encourages you to massage your skin when applying it. Facial massage relaxes and tones the muscles for more sculpted contours, removes stress and tension,  boosts blood flow and awakens the senses.

The Therapists Oil is amazing and has done wonders on my skin. I’ve gone from having dry, breakout skin to having moisture, I can even lighten up on how much moisturiser I use. And no breakouts! fabulous! The lady that did my facial gave me such good advice I have completely changed my skincare routine and it’s working. I even use a little of the oil on the ends of my hair and my hair just loves it.
