    What a great initiative. I often feel guilty that I don’t feel happy all the time, this is usually because I compare myself too much to others, especially when browsing social media. The guilt makes my feel even less happy – a vicious circle! I hope that through this project I will be able to take the time to remember and appreciate all the many things and people I have in my life as often we don’t make the time to stop remember and appreciate.

    It’s very easy to get caught up in day to day dramas, whether it be at home, friends, work. For some reason you find yourself focusing on the negative. It’s time to focus on what’s going great and how to make it even better! Count me in! 🙂

    I always find that I put more time into making others happy than I do myself. I usually have to remind myself that I too am worth that little cheeky treat for myself, buying that little something or spending that little extra money on something which I really, really like. I too am worth making happy but sometimes I wonder if when I do do something for myself that I’m selfish. It’s a really fine line for me that I struggle with on a daily basis.

    I’ll definitely be getting involved in this as I think it could be an interesting and beautiful lesson to learn!

  4. A perfect opportunity for me to keep thinking happy thoughts and doing positive actions. Being a recent cancer survivor, my entire life has changed – physically and mentally. I wholly appreciate that I fought and won but my post cancer life is still new and challenging. This initiative would strengthen my focus on keeping things positive for me, my daughters and family and friends. Thanks!
