You’ve just gained an hour of daylight! Why not use it to kick-start a new exercise regime.

1)  Get an exercise buddy. A study shows you are more likely to commit to exercise, and more likely to push yourself harder, if you are with your mates.

2)  Take advantage of light mornings. Kate Hudson recently said if she doesn’t exercise in the morning she generally doesn’t manage it at all.  Get it done pre work and you’ll feel good all day

3)  Take advantage of the good weather to swim outdoors.  Brave a dip in your local lido. Braver still try wild swimming (i.e. in natural ponds not chlorinated pools).  And for the bravest only, sign up for a triathlon.
