11 Summer Inspired Eats – No BBQ Required!

There is nothing quite like eating al fresco to get you into the summer time mood is there? But sometimes, just sometimes, you want the taste of the season without having to pull out the BBQ don’t you?

Here are 13 of my favourite summer makes to bring sunshine to the table.

1. Old Fashioned Lemonade

This new, lighter take on ‘proper’ lemonade is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot day. A real taste of sunshine in a glass.

2. Mango Lassi Ice Lollies

These fruit and natural yoghurt ice lollies would make a refreshing end to any summertime meal. With deliciously ripe mango frozen in ripples with lassi yoghurt drink, the look stunning too!

3. Strawberry Cream Cakes

Whether you’re in the mood for a BBQ or not, cake is always the answer! These strawberry and cream cakes are the perfect way to serve seasonal fruit for a real treat.
