I am very DISSAPPOINTED with the new version. it's irriating my skin and I'm breaking out with red itchy patches.....the old version worked perfectly. PLEASE bring back the original one. I have been using the sanctuary for years and I loved all the products. I especially loved the deep cleanse moisteriser, toner and the stop the clock moisturiser. But none of these are the same now and they do not suit my skin. I hope the old versions are all brought back.

Please bring back the white moisturiser

on 09/02/2016

I have been using the white stop the clock moisturiser very successfully for years to cool and hydrate my sensitive skin. However, my sensitive skin isn't getting on at all well with the new pink whipping cream version. On the first couple of occasions, my skin started stinging so I had to wash it off. I much preferred the odourless version and now associate the smell with the stinging. I'm now buying up the old product at twice the original price on Amazon from clearance suppliers. Please continue to manufacturers and distribute the old white version Sanctuary. I may not be the only person who is having trouble with the new formula.

not the same :(

this cream is no where near as good as the previous formula, it stings, is far more greasy and doesn't feel as nourishing. I am really upset that its been changed. Also looks like there's more chemicals in the ingredient's list compared to the last one. I won't buy again, I'm currently on the hunt for a new moisturiser.

I have been a long term fan of the stop the clock moisture and found that it out performed other moistures and was very good for sensitive skin. This new formula smells lovely in the jar but after about 10 minutes on the skin the smell was awful and my skin started to itch and became red, the redness and smelling did go after another few minutes, if you have sensitive skin like me, beware of this new formula
